A: To return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and return instructions. Please call us, and we will be happy to help you with that. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

How many batteries does Pop N Play use?

Pop N Play uses 4, C batteries.

How do I remove the battery cover?

The battery cover can be removed using a small phillips head screwdriver. Once the batteries are installed, the cover and screw must be reinstalled for the unit to operate properly.

Why does the toy turn off on its own?

This is normal! Pop N Play features a 15-min auto-off function that automatically switches the unit off.

It seems the Toy is getting stuck inside the dome sometimes. What do I do?

This is normal, too! Pop N Play will automatically reduce power to prevent damage and realign the toy with one of the port holes on the unit.

Can I turn the sound off?

Yes, press the button to the far left on the unit – this will turn the mouse chirping sound off.

My cat is not playing with Pop N Play - what can I do?

Give it a little time – some cats take a bit longer than others to adjust and become familiar with the toy before playing. You can also spray catnip onto the cat toy to help entice your cat!
